All Meetings Have Ended, Now The Wait For A Decision

The Thunder’s second meeting with Kevin Durant has ended and his decision could be announced as soon as tonight. More than likely he will do that via The Players Tribune website and you can follow them on Twitter @PlayersTribune.

Very little information about the second meeting with OKC has come out, we assume Sam Presti and Clay Bennett were involved and perhaps others within the organization.

Word from The Hamptons is that Durant called Hall of Famer Jerry West last night who is now a consultant for the Warriors.

The strong belief is that the decision has now come down to the Thunder and the Warriors, just the way most NBA observers believed it would.

There is of course no firm timetable for a decision but it is widely believed to be coming either this evening or tomorrow so teams can make appropriate plans.
